The products with guarantee on them have the tag or label of ‘guarantee’.

• We use seven wood for the temples / mandirs .

• There is 100% guarantee on the seven wood mandirs .

You can only return the products with ‘ returnable ‘, or ‘refundable ‘ tag on it .

• If customer wants to return the product  then they can courier it to the address ( 2101-111 tarawood lane, north east calgary ,alberta ,canada )

Customer can return the product within 7 days.

• Once we get the returned product on the provided address , then you will get the same amount of coupon code ( valid upto 3 months ) ,to purchase any product from our portal or   refund will be deposited in the same bank account .

Yes , on certain products like customized mandirs , and nameplates customers are given option to do the payment in installment

• We customize our handcrafted mandirs in India .

If you return the product , we will provide you with the coupon code, with which you can buy other products.
